My work as a nature tourism advisor started in 2006, when the Birding Navarra program started. I am still part of this program. I work on different technical aspects, while coordinating its work with the Tourism Board of the Government of Navarra. I work on developing strategies, informational and promotional materials. As part of this job, I regularly visit international bird fairs, such as the British BirdFair in Rutland (United Kingdom), Scottish BirdFair (Scotland), Dutch BirdFair (Holland), Falsterbo Bird Show (Sweden), Po Delta BirdFair (Italy), Extremadura International BirdFair – FIO (Spain) or Delta Birding Festival (Spain), among others.
I have also worked on the IberAves program for SEO/BirdLife and SPEA, where I created an online course for birdwatching tourism professionals and I was the author of a Development Plan on Nature Tourism of the Sierra de las Cabras Nature Reserve in Nerpio, Albacete (Spain). Another Project I worked on was writing nature tourism plans at the Navarrese mountaneus area for the Cederna-Garalur Association.
